VATC Sleep Pod Terminal 1

My family and I recently had the chance to sleep in Noi Bai VATC Sleep Pod Terminal, and it was a surprisingly comfortable experience! Whether you're on a long layover or facing a delayed flight, these pods provide a private, cozy and convenient solution for catching some much-needed rest.

Really convenient, arrived late evening for an early morning flight. Room was compact for two people, but perfectly fine for the time we spent there. Good night's sleep, and up early in the morning to go downstairs to check-in. Clean and comfortable. Provided water and snacks.

Staff are very helpful, can watch YouTube in the pod and use WiFi. Free shuttle bus between international terminal and domestic terminal where the pods are located, so no need to change money for taxis etc to go to a regular hotel. It's my second visit and I use it because of convenience.

The check in staff was awesome and accommodating and had orientation of pod including additional info like discounts at restaurants nearby ;where the washroom facilities were and asked if any additional info or questions were needed don’t hesitate to ask . NGO Thi Xuyen was very pleasant and she showed passion in her job . Offered assistance with making things an easy check in and check out process 🙃l.

What a great idea - every airport should have these! Comfy bed, nice pillow, WiFi, a/c and a fan (great white noise). In a quiet part of the airport so it was calm and peaceful. Yes, you have to walk to the bathrooms but they are clean and rarely occupied. Excellent staff too!
