The check in staff was awesome and accommodating and had orientation of pod including additional info like discounts at restaurants nearby ;where the washroom facilities were and asked if any additional info or questions were needed don’t hesitate to ask . NGO Thi Xuyen was very pleasant and she showed passion in her job . Offered assistance with making things an easy check in and check out process 🙃l.

We were able to check in smoothly at 2 am after a late flight and it was just what we needed to catch some sleep while we waited for a friend who was arriving 6 hours after us. There's no frills but it's perfect for a short stay when all you want is somewhere to sleep.

Staff are very helpful, can watch YouTube in the pod and use WiFi. Free shuttle bus between international terminal and domestic terminal where the pods are located, so no need to change money for taxis etc to go to a regular hotel. It's my second visit and I use it because of convenience.
